The Silent Ember

By 2055, the world teeters on the edge of ruin, consumed by suffocating heat. The children of those displaced by wildfires and poisoned by smoke suffer from a new congenital disease, Silent Ember—a condition that leaves ones heart as fragile as ash.

Firas, an android, volunteers to provide solace to Raihan, a grieving mother who lost her son, Iskandar, to the disease. With the help of CRADLE, he does his best to help her heal, until he realises that grief is not the only thing at play.

Something about Iskandar's death nags at him, and FNT Music, the company the late 19 year-old worked for, becomes Firas' first lead.
